the OTHER media is a successful independent web design and development agency with an enviable portfolio of clients. In response to new work and additional work from existing clients we are looking to fill the following role.

We are looking for someone who can:

1. Manage day-to-day relationships with a number of clients at different stages in their project lifecycle
2. Run projects with a multidisciplinary team (5-7 people including programmers, designers and interface developers)
3. Create specification documentation and wireframes/sitemaps for projects
4. Monitor budgets and project progress and respond to changes in specification
5. Balance competing demands and client expectations
6. Fulfill account management role for smaller projects
7. Provide support directly to clients including assisting them with CMS changes and resolving small site issues
8. Monitor time and generate invoices

We would expect you to:

• Have at least 2 years relevant experience in a digital agency or related industry
• Be fascinated by all things web
• Be qualified to degree level and perhaps have project management qualifications
• Possess great communication and team skills

Salary: According to experience
