OTHER statistics

We are able to produce a monthly or weekly set of web statistics that will enable you to see how your site is being used. Standard log file analysis packages are integrated with the OTHER objects environment and available to the client on request.

All work is covered by our support contract, which covers office-hours calls and an online fault reporting system. All faults are addressed on a first in first out basis.

OTHER support

As part of a complete support package, the OTHER media have available bug tracking tools to make sure all issues, no matter how small are properly noted and resolved.

OTHER hosting

We have a highly scalable, fast and robust Linux architecture located at a secure hosting facility in Park Royal, London that supports our current commercial sites and our ecommerce platform.

If you choose to host using a third party we are unable to support such a set-up directly but would provide set-up consultation and on-going advice to your in-house engineers at our standard daily rates.

All clients will receive the same levels of attention but inevitably some need greater support, more meetings, training and ongoing work. We can work either or a per incidence basis or using pre-ordered service credits (which are typically more cost effective).
