the OTHER media help Which? to roll out an enhanced Instant Downloads platform

the OTHER media is pleased to announce a further development for the Which? Instant Downloads platform that takes the website offering to a new level of customer service.
The enhanced website is still based on OTHERobjects and OTHER Commerce but now offers consumers the ability to choose how they manage their ongoing relationship with the digital store. Customers looking for the latest word on a whole range of product reviews and prices can now decide whether they buy a one off purchase as before, purchase a full month's worth of access to all site reports, or purchase monthly access to the entire site and reports on an ongoing basis. This level of control was requested by existing website customers through feedback sessions, and was also as a result of internal project group workshops to build on the success of the original development.
Not only has the platform changed, but the reports that are available have also changed. the OTHER media has carried out an ambitious sub-project to merge the highly editorialised product guides, with an XML price feed on a daily basis to provide the very latest prices and price comparison information from around the web for all of the products that have been reviewed. In addition, where reviews have yet to be carried out on specific product groups, a simplified report has been created that shows comparison prices only - highly useful for those critical purchases in these times of high price sensitivity.
