the OTHER media is pleased to reveal its first iPhone application, designed for the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB). The app will be available free-of-charge in the iTunes store from today and is designed for cricket fans on the move who want to stay in touch with latest scores and news.
The application gives users access to all the latest international and domestic cricket scores, together with news, match-specific photos and videos. With its slick graphics and smooth transitions the app not only looks good but works well too.
Full scoreboard functionality provides up-to-the-minute scores, plus headline information including the totals of current batsmen, number of overs bowled and the fall of the last wicket. Rotating the screen reveals full batting scorecards for all innings played, while tapping the screen brings up each team’s bowling statistics for the match.
